General Experience:

I have 20+ years experience supporting naval electronics and

communications network systems. I have a detailed understanding of the

inter-relationships of circuits, equipment and signal flow using

complex test equipment to include oscilloscopes, frequency counters,

signal generators, spectrum analyzers and network analyzers. I have

extensive troubleshooting and problem solving capabilities with or

without technical manuals, data or blueprints. My primary experience

for the last 20 years has been in the Ships Signal Exploitation Space

(SSES). I have been primarily dedicated for the last 10+ years to the

Navy antenna life cycle program to include refurbishment of antennas,

institute programs to extend the life of many types of active and

passive antennas, and to provide technical support to the fleet as

necessary to keep those antennas operating at peak performance. My

technical knowledge of cryptologic antennas and installation practices

keep me traveling extensively providing training, and guidance to the

Navy and junior personnel within the company and the fleet. I possess

a broad spectrum of knowledge in the areas of antenna assessment, MIL-

SPEC overhaul practices, and installation methods. My dedication to

thorough and quality work has allowed me to touch on QA, training,

various aspects of the job including overhaul, installation, and

supervision. I have been extensively involved with shipyards and the

fleet. I have provided necessary guidance in the performance of

installations directed by SPAWAR and NAVSEA. I have earned a

reputation that has kept shipyards, government and the fleet asking
