PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

According to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) we came to know that lose on bumpers is

found to be 20 lakhs and advised to do a project on bumpers and after implementing Cycle

Count Business Plan it is found to be cost effective

Contributions to FORD INDIA, CHENNAI:

The scrap items are not been taken into account properly and they were brought back to

supplier end through their trucks because they are green channeled vehicles so we introduced

RI(rejection invoice).so every rejected parts should be accounted in a separate invoice .This

leading to minimizing the loss.

TRAINING:

• 1 day in-plant visit to Ashok Leyland, Ennore, organized by SAE

• 1 day in-plant visit Integral Coach Factory (ICF), Chennai

• 1 day in-plant visit Neyveli Lignite Corporation (NLC), Neyveli

• 1 day in-plant visit to CVRD avadi, organized by SAE
