Analyze mortgage file, evaluate borrower's financials, manually calculating rate of pay, review

bank statements, tax returns and perform loan decisioning by Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Private

and Asset guidelines keeping in compliance with all company policy and procedures.

Determine the value of each property by means of property reports, BPO and appraisals.
