Provide expert IT support via phone, email, chat, and in person for onsite and remote employees.

Configure, deploy, and manage IT hardware, including computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

Troubleshoot and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and access control systems.

Assist with software installations, licensing, and troubleshooting.

Maintain IT inventory, managing new equipment setup and proper disposal of hardware.

Set up and manage user accounts and group memberships.

Support IT projects and process improvements.

Participate in a rotational on-call schedule, including evenings and weekends.What You Bring to the Table:Minimum Qualifications:

1+ year of IT support experience.

Associate degree in IT or equivalent experience.

Hands-on experience troubleshooting computers, mobile devices, and printers.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and workstation imaging tools.

Hands-on experience with networking equipment, conference room A/V, and security systems.

Background in IT support within an industrial setting.

IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus.

Helpdesk or customer support experience.

Pay Details: 28.00 to 31.50 per hour
