What You’ll Do:

Oversee daily operations of the plumbing division, managing a team of licensed plumbers and apprentices

Schedule and dispatch jobs efficiently while maintaining exceptional customer service

Train, mentor, and coach your team to ensure high-quality workmanship and safety compliance

Work closely with the leadership team to drive productivity, profitability, and growth

Handle project planning, budgeting, and inventory oversight

Ensure all jobs meet or exceed local codes and safety standards

Assist in hiring, onboarding, and developing plumbing staff

Occasionally jump in on complex jobs and provide technical support when needed What We’re Looking For:

Valid Journeyman or Master Plumbing License in Missouri

5+ years of plumbing experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or management role

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Customer-first mindset with a commitment to excellence

Tech-savvy and comfortable using dispatch software and job tracking tools

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and lead by example Salary & Perks:

Salary: $80,000 – $100,000+ annually (based on experience)
