Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a growing hospice team in Lincoln, NE.
Provide high-quality, patient-centered home hospice care under RN supervision.
Assist in assessing patient needs and implementing personalized care plans.
Ensure infection control, effective communication, and continuity of care.
Maintain documentation, stay compliant with payor requirements, and promote quality care.
