Leaderstat - Post Acute is seeking a local contract nurse RN Long Term Care (LTC) Director of Nursing for a local contract nursing job in Brookside, Delaware.

Census/Bed Size: About 43 AL residents- capacity for 55 Length of Assignment: start with 4 weeks- wanting someone to go interim to perm if possible Priorities: -Needs to be an RN in Delaware- AL experience highly preferred, but will take an RN with Delaware SNF experience -Delaware AL regulation experience- Delaware ALs operate like a SNF- candidates must be willing to do quite a bit of paperwork and assessments. An -Must be willing to collaborate and share on-call with the Memory Care Director of Health and Wellness. Vaccination: Will accept exemptions On call: DON is included in the on-call rotation. Not expected to work the floor, but must be willing to take the cart if needed.
