Key Responsibilities:

Make markets in pan Asian convertibles to produce targeted revenue and maintain client relationship

Set up infrastructure and build a recognizable convertible business

Work closely with regional sales, EST, ECM and structurers to identify business opportunities

Qualification:

Bachelor degree or above from a top tier university

At least 5-10 years working experience in relevant risk taking role with consistent track record

Good knowledge of Asian convertible bond market

Fluent in English, Mandarin is a plus

Self-motivated, team work spirit and capability to work in high pressure environment
