Primary Responsibilities

The overall focus is to support the creation and availability of the inbound delivery documentation prior to receiving the products on our docks and in our SAP system. The position serves as the admin support to create and validate material and shipping information. The data will be entered into an excel document and prepped for upload. The position is Monday through Friday, in office, shift starting at 10:00am to 7:00pm. Some work will need to be performed on the dock, safety shoes will be required. Essential Functions

Support and participate in food safety programs including SQF (Safe Quality Food).

Create manual inbound delivery documents in excel

Gather relevant and needed information from supplier and vendor shipping documents.

Collect information from physical products for completion of inbound delivery document as well as verification of inbound delivery information.

File documents in the correct file folders as well as ensuring the information stored is accurate and complete.

Follow up to receive all needed information on time and in full with internal stakeholders.

Maintain good attendance, safe work practices and maintain safeguards of confidential company information.

Other duties and special projects as requested.

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude

Working towards a University or College degree preferred.

Understanding of administration function

Proficiency with MS Office required and SAP preferred.

Excellent grammar, verbal and writing skills and fluent in English.

Must be results-driven, resourceful and well organized with an ability to work on multiple projects and strict deadlines with minimal supervision.

High energy level, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful, and flexible.

Must keep all personnel and department matters confidential.
