The project and your role

We are seeking a Senior Manual QA Tester to ensure the quality of our mobile and web applications. You will play a key role in testing new features, identifying issues, and collaborating with the development team to deliver a great user experience.

Responsibilities:

Conduct manual testing of feature tickets (functional, UI/UX, and edge cases).

Design and maintain test cases in TestRail.

Perform regression testing for web and mobile applications across multiple platforms (iOS, Android).

Execute tests on real devices (iPhone, iPad, Android smartphones/tablets) and payment terminals using test cards.

Log and track issues through detailed bug reports.

Develop and manage checklists for new features and releases.

Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure clarity in requirements and issue resolution.

Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and QA-related retrospectives.

Optionally participate in test automation maintenance and triggering via TestRail.

Your skills

Solid experience with manual testing of mobile and web applications.

Strong understanding of QA methodologies and the software development lifecycle.

Experience writing clear and comprehensive test cases, test plans, and bug reports.

Comfort with testing hardware-integrated systems (e.g., payment terminals) using test setups.

Ability to work independently, own QA processes, and contribute to team quality goals.

Basic familiarity with databases and log analysis tools.

Attention to detail, curiosity, and a commitment to delivering a great user experience.
