About the Role:
Valentis Group, Inc. is seeking a high-performing Business Development Executive to lead new business acquisition efforts across a defined regional territory. This role combines strategic market development with direct sales execution, focusing on securing high-value security service contracts across commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors. We suggest that this candidate maintains work availability during normal/standard business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Ideal candidates should be entrepreneurial, results-driven, and passionate about helping clients solve complex safety and risk management challenges through custom security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory across various sectors
Develop strategic outreach plans targeting high-potential industries and accounts
Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads
Present tailored security service proposals to key decision-makers
Negotiate terms, close contracts, and support client onboarding
Collaborate with internal teams to develop RFP responses and sales assets
Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and regional market shifts
Maintain activity tracking and forecasting within CRM systems

Qualifications:
3+ years of B2B sales experience (security services or related field preferred)
Proven track record in closing mid-to-large contracts
Strong understanding of regional markets and client needs
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to a remote, performance-based role
Willingness to travel within territory for client meetings and events
Compensation Overview:
Commission rates up to 12% based on monthly revenue
Residual income for recurring contracts
