Overview:

Retail Customer Service Representatives will interact with customers in the retail store to provide and process information in response to orders, inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.

* Working Saturdays will be mandatory

Responsibilities:

Greet and interact with customers directly

Assess customer needs and provide assistance and product information

Checkout and process sale orders, returns, and exchanges

Stock and organize inventory

Qualifications:

High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Knowledge of relevant computer applications

Communication skills - verbal and written

Attention to detail and accuracy
