Overview:
Responsible for working with families in Healthy Homes rental housing to provide referrals to resources as needed including rental support, workforce development, financial literacy, food resources and education supports.
Connect residents to HNHF and community resources as needed.
Host or participate in network meetings and community events such as health fairs, back-to-school days, and homebuyer education.
Maintain strict confidentiality and be discreet

Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.
