We are currently seeking a versatile front desk receptionist and recruiter to fulfill a dual role. The ideal candidate will be the welcoming face of our company, responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer phone calls, screen and direct them to the appropriate person or department
• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
• Receive and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
• Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, faxing, and filing
• Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
• Update and maintain office records and databases
• Handle inquiries from clients and provide accurate information
• Assist in other HR-related tasks as needed
Desired Experience & Qualification
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in office administration is a plus
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Experience in recruitment or human resources is an advantage.
