In our Beloit Ohio location, we are looking to expand our team with a dependable and motivated Parts & Warehouse Associate.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Parts & Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, a solid understanding of agricultural equipment partsespecially grain handling systemsand the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, store, and organize incoming parts and inventory

Locate and identify correct parts using parts books, catalogs, and software

Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts

Pick and prepare parts for service techs and customers

Operate a forklift safely and efficiently for loading/unloading shipments

Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe

Assist customers at the parts counter and over the phone as needed

Qualifications:

Proven experience operating a forklift (certification preferred)

Ability to read and interpret parts books and equipment manuals

Knowledge of grain handling systems and related equipment is a strong asset

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

Good communication skills and customer service mindset

Basic computer skills for parts lookup and inventory tracking
