Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled UI Developer with deep expertise in building pixel-perfect, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks like React. You will be a key contributor to our Digital Transformation team, collaborating with UX designers, backend engineers, and product owners to bring intuitive and powerful user interfaces to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain responsive, accessible, and performant front-end features.

Translate UX/UI wireframes and prototypes into clean, pixel-perfect, and scalable code.

Build and maintain reusable components and front-end libraries for use across multiple projects.

Implement and manage state management using Redux or similar tools.

Architect and contribute to Micro-Frontend-based applications and modular frontend architectures.

Work with RESTful APIs and integrate frontend logic with backend services.

Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive behavior across devices.

Write unit, integration, and E2E tests using tools like Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, etc.

Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Own and improve frontend build pipelines using Webpack, Vite, or similar tools.

Perform code reviews, optimize performance, and participate in debugging and triaging issues.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of experience in modern web UI development.

2+ years of experience with React and Redux or similar libraries.

Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend architecture.

Experience with build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Rollup.

Experience building Micro-Frontend applications is a strong plus.

Solid grasp of performance optimization, accessibility standards, and web security best practices.

Familiarity with component libraries, design systems, and design handoff tools (e.g., Figma).

Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills using browser dev tools and performance profilers.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Nice to Have:

Experience with TypeScript.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

Exposure to Storybook for component development.

Telecom industry experience.
