Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our emergency vehicle manufacturing team in Grove City, OH. As a leading manufacturer of custom-built ambulances, we design and build vehicles tailored to customer specifications. This position involves MIG welding, reading blueprints, and the general use of hand tools.

Responsibilities

Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum and steel.

Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for job layouts.

Use hand tools and air-powered tools such as grinders, sanders, rivet guns, and saws.

Maintain and pass AWS welding certifications.

Ensure that all tasks in the fabrication shop are completed within the allocated time frame.Essential Skills

Strong MIG and TIG welding ability on aluminum and steel.

Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.

Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math involving fractions.

Experience operating various air-powered tools.Additional Skills & Qualifications

AWS welding certifications.Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grove City, Ohio.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
