Salary: Starting at $70,000

We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor who is passionate about both direct client care and leadership. This role is ideal for an experienced clinician who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to fostering the next generation of therapists.

How youll Help:

Supervision & Training

Lead monthly case consultations to foster clinical growth and collaboration.

Mentor staff on case conceptualization, treatment planning, and client challenges.

Recruit, hire, and onboard therapists and interns, strengthening our clinical team.

Build partnerships with universities to maintain a strong intern pipeline.

Ensure interns receive structured training aligned with licensure and best practices.

Provide performance feedback to refine clinical skills and readiness for licensure.

Client Care & Treatment

Maintain a caseload of 20+ clients weekly, using evidence-based interventions.

Develop and adjust personalized treatment plans to track progress.

Deliver culturally responsive, trauma-informed care for diverse populations.

Program & Practice Development

Create specialized therapy programs and treatment groups based on client needs.

Streamline clinical policies, procedures, and workflows for better outcomes.

Enhance training opportunities through collaboration with leadership.

Contribute to strategic planning and team growth initiatives.

Additional Responsibilities

Provide crisis intervention support and case consultation.

Ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation standards.

Promote ongoing professional development for clinicians.

Uphold high clinical care standards through training and feedback.

Your Qualifications:

Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field; LPC, LSW, LCPC, LCSW

Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Illinois.

Experience providing mental health assessment and therapy to individuals with a range of mental health conditions.

Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and frequent Saturdays.
