Job Summary
The HR Business Partner will lead the strategic and operational aspects of Human Resources
Resources to foster a positive, productive, and compliant workplace. This role is integral in developing and executing HR policies, programs, and initiatives that support employee engagement, organizational growth, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include
talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits management, compliance,
training and development, and internal communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Partner with department leaders to assess staffing needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Employee Relations & Workplace Culture
Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes engagement, inclusion, and collaboration.
Served as a trusted advisor to management and staff, facilitating conflict resolution and addressing employee concerns.
Implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
HR Policy & Compliance
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and advise leadership on legal and compliance matters.
Performance Management & Employee Development
Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback, and development planning.
Collaborate with managers to identify and address employee performance and development needs.
Design and deliver training programs to enhance skills, knowledge, and career growth.
Compensation & Benefits Administration
Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market trends.
Conduct regular market research and recommend adjustments to compensation
structures as needed.
HR Metrics & Reporting
Analyze HR data to assess the effectiveness of programs and initiatives.
Prepare and present reports on HR trends, employee engagement, and recommendations for improvement.
Internal Communications
Develop and manage internal communication strategies to ensure employees are
informed, engaged, and aligned with company objectives.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, including roles in safety management and learning and development.
Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws, safety regulations, and modern HR practices.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
