As we continue to scale, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and optimize our day-to-day operations, drive strategic initiatives, and help us build a stronger foundation for growth.

Position Summary:

The COO will report directly to the CEO and work closely with other senior leaders to ensure operational excellence across all departments. The ideal candidate is a proactive, strategic, and hands-on leader with a strong background in construction, renovation, or service-based industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across all departments (field operations, project management, HR, finance, and customer service)

Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality control

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures

Manage company budgets, forecasts, and financial performance

Foster a high-performance culture through effective leadership and team development

Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute short- and long-term strategic goals

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business goals are met

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Qualifications:

Proven experience as COO, Operations Director, or similar executive role (5+ years preferred)

Background in construction, renovation, or home services industry strongly preferred

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

Financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field (MBA a plus)
