is HIRING NOW for a Service Scheduler to respond to internet inquiries, answer calls, and schedule and confirm appointments for vehicle repairs, routine maintenance, and more!

Responsibilities – Service BDC:

Answer all inbound phone calls for the service department and schedule appointments for the service department

Inform customers of special programs/incentives

Call to confirm service appointments

Follow up with every service customer regarding his or her satisfaction with the service department

Greet customers cordially and guide them to the relevant location depending on the purpose of their visit

Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements – Service BDC:

Onsite position

Must be able to work until 8 PM Monday - Thursday

Good verbal and written communication skills required

Previous experience with high inbound/outbound calls required

2+ years of customer service and phone experience required

Computer/internet savvy

Previous experience in real estate, call centers, or retail translate well in this position!

Must be a motivated and goal-driven candidate who will make an immediate impact and help us to continue to grow
