General Manager required for a modern 3/4-star hotel in central London. We seek a dynamic and driven Hotel Manager to oversee all day-to-day aspects of this 120-bedroom property, used by London’s busy tourist and business guests. This is a room-only site, with no wedding or event operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversight and support to all HODs.

Reporting to a Group Head Office.

Management reporting.

Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of all Hotel operations.

Ensure a consistent first-class service and ensure that company standards are adhered to.

Ensure all sales activity is monitored in line with company policy.

Monitor and comply with all company and legal statutory requirements.

Experience required

Previous experience as General Manager, Hotel Manager or Operations Manager in similar-sized branded or independent hotel operations.
