Management Training Program Details:

Responsibilities

Position Summary:

The Account Manager is responsible for the operational and financial performance of their assigned locations. This hands-on leadership role includes overseeing daily tasks, washing vehicles, managing team performance, ensuring quality standards, handling client relationships, and optimizing workflow. The role also includes scheduling, training, and supervising the hourly team to ensure smooth, efficient operations.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Oversee daily operations and staffing at assigned locations

Ensure site cleanliness, safety, and facility upkeep including washing of vehicles

Deliver exceptional client service and manage escalations

Train, coach, and hold team members accountable

Conduct site audits, track performance, and enforce company standards

Maintain compliance with budgets, procedures, and safety programs

Partner with leadership and HR for hiring, onboarding, and corrective actionsHandle incident reports, claims, and customer concerns

Step in to support team duties as needed

What We’re Looking For:

1–2 years of operations and leadership experience

Proficiency in Google or Microsoft Office tools

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to work a flexible schedule and be active on your feet

Experience with budgets and performance tracking

Bonus: Experience in automotive, parking, or car wash industries

Bonus: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

Qualifications

Requirements:

Required availability Monday - Friday 7am- 4pm.

Although rare, must have the ability to assist on an on-call basis in case of location emergencies or major issues resulting in client dissatisfaction.

Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work.

Must be at least 18 years old

Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

All candidates must complete a background and motor vehicle record check after a conditional offer has been made

Must have a valid driver's license with no significant infractions

No drug or alcohol-related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)

Compensation: $50,000 base salary, paid weekly!
