Job Description
You will be the Inspector Senior for our Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) team at our Camden, AR facility. Our team is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of missiles, launchers, and other critical products that protect our nation, and implements rigorous inspection processes to guarantee conformance to requirements.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Inspector Senior, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections in various environments to verify that our products meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. You will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our products, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address any defects or issues.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Conducting inspections of missiles, launchers, and other products to ensure conformance to requirements
-Working in various environments, including production floors and test facilities
-Identifying and documenting defects or issues, and collaborating with teams to resolve them
-Ensuring that products function as expected and meet quality standards
-Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inspection processes and product quality

Work Schedule Information

National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $37,400 - $65,895. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
