Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Align HR initiatives with long-term business goals and serve as a trusted advisor on workforce planning and organizational development.
Talent Acquisition & Retention: Build thoughtful recruitment strategies and lead employee engagement efforts that reflect the diverse needs of our workforce.
Leadership: Lead our talented HR team by providing direction and development opportunities.
Culture & Engagement: Champion a culture of growth, belonging, and well-being across all departments and job sites.
Training & Workforce Development: Design and oversee programs in trade skills, leadership, and safety.
HR Operations: Manage HRIS, payroll, benefits, and performance systems, ensuring seamless and consistent service delivery.
Compliance & Employee Relations: Ensure adherence to labor regulations and guide proactive performance management and role transitions.
Who You Are
A collaborative, forward-thinking HR executive with 5+ years of leadership experience
HR experience in a field-based industry is a plus
Comfortable in a high-growth, hands-on environment with evolving needs
Proficient with HR systems and Microsoft Excel/Word
A clear communicator with strong ethical standards and sound judgment
Highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and passionate about people development
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (required)
Hands-on leadership approach with ability to travel to branch locations (up to 40% travel)
Expert in HR best practices with an ability to adapt those to the business
