Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled YouTube Strategist to help us grow our YouTube presence on a part-time basis. As a YouTube Strategist, you will develop and implement a comprehensive YouTube strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

1. YouTube Channel Optimization: Optimize our YouTube channel and videos for maximum visibility and engagement.

2. Content Strategy: Develop a content strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.

3. Video Title, Description, and Tags: Craft compelling video titles, descriptions, and tags that improve video discoverability.

4. Thumbnail Creation: Design eye-catching thumbnails that increase click-through rates.

5. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor YouTube analytics and provide regular reporting on channel performance.

6. Community Engagement: Develop a community engagement strategy that encourages audience participation and loyalty.

Requirements

1. YouTube Expertise: Proven experience in YouTube marketing and strategy.

2. Content Creation Skills: Excellent content creation skills, including scriptwriting, video editing, and graphic design.

3. Analytics Tools: Familiarity with YouTube analytics tools, such as YouTube Studio or TubeBuddy.

4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and project management skills.

5. Part-time Availability: Ability to commit to 10-20 hours per week.
