CFO Coach

Job Description

We are seeking a CFO to work as a Coach with a new CFO in the Commercial Banking Industry. The CFO Coach will have extensive experience in financial management as well as in the commercial banking industry. You will be responsible for guiding a CFO that is new to the role.

Responsibilities:

Coach the new CFO through the responsibilities of the role

Advise on industry-specific best practices

Work hand-in-hand with the Coachee to discover and plan new initiatives

Guide the coachee through the behavioral and leadership qualities required of the CFO

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a CFO in commercial banking

Strong interpersonal skills

Extensive history working as a mentor/coach

7+ years of senior management experience in finance
