About the Role:

Specimens Inc. is seeking reliable, professional mobile Drug Screen Collectors to perform urine, oral fluid, and hair specimen collections for court-related, DFCS, and forensic drug testing cases. This is a flexible, contract-based opportunity ideal for individuals with a background in law enforcement, healthcare, social work, or community services.

Compensation Range:

Estimated Annual Range: $20,000 – $75,000+

(Dependent on availability, location coverage, and number of collection assignments accepted)

Mileage Reimbursement: Included

Court Appearances (if applicable): Paid hourly per rate schedule

As a Mobile Collector with Specimens Inc., you maintain complete control of your schedule. You choose which assignments to accept based on your availability and preferred locations. This role is ideal for individuals seeking part-time, flexible work—whether supplementing current income or working between shifts in another profession.

This Position Is Ideal For:

Former or current Corrections Officers

Probation/Parole Officers

Healthcare Workers (e.g., CNAs, MAs, Phlebotomists)

Social Workers

Individuals with experience in law enforcement, healthcare, or community services

Key Responsibilities:

Perform observed urine, oral swab, or hair specimen collections in homes or community settings

Follow chain-of-custody procedures to ensure specimen integrity

Communicate with dispatch and upload documentation electronically

Represent Specimens Inc. professionally while working with DFCS clients and case managers

Requirements:

18 years or older

Valid driver’s license and auto insurance

Reliable transportation and smartphone

Clean background and drug screen

Ability to travel within assigned counties

Willingness to work independently and maintain confidentiality

Professional demeanor and strong communication skills

Preferred Experience (Not Required):

Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy experience

Social work or case management exposure

Law enforcement or criminal justice background
