Site Human Resources Manager

STM Associates has been retained by a metals processing company to find a Site Human Resources Manager for their office located near Knoxville, TN.

**This is an on-site role. The successful candidate will need to live in / relocate to the area**

Responsibilities

The Site HR Manager is responsible for managing the human resources function for a complex which includes a processing plant and three underground mines for a total of about 500 employees.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field

5+ years' experience in HR (supervisory experience is a plus)

SAP experience + track record of HR data analytics

Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and HRIS systems is essential, as is the ability to learn new software quickly.
