Job title: Sr. Injection Molding Specialist

Job duties: Enhance injection molding processes to optimize production efficiency and flow; design and implement layout and process strategies to maximize the utilization of equipment; strategically plan production schedules to align with fluctuating customer demands while effectively managing workforce distribution; lead the development and production of complex injection molding prototypes, ensuring smooth transition to full-scale manufacturing; monitor and analyze production metrics to report on performance, quality adherence, and compliance with industry regulations; and integrate advanced technologies and methodologies to elevate product quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED (or foreign equivalent), plus at least 5 years of experience.
