Role
Join a Chinese Corporate Dining Kitchen in Southwest London as a Sous Chef. You will support the Executive Chef and Head Chef in preparing high-quality corporate lunches for 120 people daily. Menus are based on high-end traditional Chinese Cuisine, and therefore we require previous experience working with high-quality 5* regional Chinese cuisines, such as Cantonese, Sichuan, Shandong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Hunan, Anhui, Fujian etc. Much of the kitchen team speaks only Chinese, therefore you should be proficient in either Mandarin or Cantonese.

To support the day-to-day kitchen operations
Hand-on cooking
Requirements
At least 3+ years’ experience in high-quality commercial kitchens
Strong proficiency in working with high-quality 5* regional Chinese cuisines
You will ideally be able to speak Chinese, either Cantonese or Mandarin
Occasional evening requirement for special events
