Title of the position: President and Software Engineering Manager (NOC 20012).

Job duties:

• Manage, plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the operations of the company.

• Work with US partners to secure business.

• Determine company objectives, policies, and procedures.

• Establish the business’ goals and targets for the current year in order to ensure the success of the business.

• Ensure all employees and contractors are following the necessary procedures and methods.

• Recruit, train, and manage computer/IT professionals.

• Evaluate the cost of operations and suggest improvements.

• Ensure adherence to the principles of Foreign Affiliates.

• Plan future business expansion.

• Solve operational issues and conflicts within the company.

• Review reports submitted by the employees to assess their needs and suggest changes or improvements.

• Control the budget and expenditures of the company and submit payroll for employees.

Terms of employment: Permanent and full-time.

The language of work: English.

Wage: $70.51 per hour.

Skills requirements:

• Required education:

o A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or engineering.

• Required work experience and skills:

o Substantial experience in systems analysis, data administration, software engineering, network design, or computer programming.

o Substantial managerial experience.

o Substantial experience working with US government contracts.

o Substantial experience with information system applications.

o Substantial experience with computer assembly and disassembly.

o At least 20 different computing languages.
