This role is all about people and process. You’ll be a key player in the client journey, building strong relationships, ensuring all moving parts are aligned, and keeping everything on track. Your communication style should be empathetic yet assertive, your mindset solution-focused, and your energy contagious.Compensation:

$60,000 - $70,000 yearlyResponsibilities:

Be the primary point of contact for clients from contract to close

Support our Closing Manager with timely and clear communication across all parties

Coordinate with title companies, attorneys, buyers/sellers, and our internal team

Manage and organize contracts, addendums, and critical documents

Monitor transaction timelines, address delays, and proactively resolve issuesQualifications:

Real estate experience required, 2+ years of real estate experience preferred

Exceptional customer service and communication skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Are a self-starter who takes initiative without being asked

Love systems, structure, and keeping things running smoothly

Value accountability and take pride in doing great work

Super proactive and always anticipating potential issues

A solutions-first mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure

Experience with CRM or transaction management systems preferred

Prior experience working in a real estate investing environment preferred

Negotiation skills and experience liaising with attorneys and title companies preferred
