Online Resource Developer

We are looking for a skilled Online Resource Developer to create and manage high-quality digital study materials, interactive learning tools, and academic resources for students. The ideal candidate will have a background in education, instructional design, or content development, with a strong ability to organize and present information in an engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop digital educational content such as study guides, practice tests, tutorials, and e-learning modules.

- Create interactive learning experiences using multimedia tools, gamification elements, and visual aids.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of educational materials.

- Analyze student feedback to improve and update existing resources for better learning outcomes.

- Optimize content for online platforms to enhance accessibility and engagement.

- Stay updated on educational trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative teaching methods.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or a related field.

- Experience in developing digital learning materials for online education platforms.

- Proficiency in e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, H5P, Camtasia).

- Strong skills in content writing, editing, and instructional design principles.

- Familiarity with LMS platforms such as Moodle, Blackboard, or Canvas is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

- Experience with graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for interactive content development.

- Prior experience in K-12, higher education, or corporate training sectors.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
