We are seeking a personable, tech-savvy, and highly organized Remote Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company—virtually. In this role, you’ll handle incoming calls, greet clients or customers virtually, schedule appointments, and ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams, all from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
Provide virtual front-desk support including greeting clients via phone, video, or chat
Manage calendars and schedule appointments or meetings
Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve basic issues
Route messages and follow up on calls or inquiries as needed
Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions using CRM or communication tools
Assist with email management, data entry, and other clerical duties
Coordinate with internal teams to relay information or schedule follow-ups
Uphold a high standard of customer service and represent the company professionally
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; administrative or customer service experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Friendly, patient, and professional phone etiquette
Proficiency with remote tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, and phone systems (e.g., RingCentral, Grasshopper, VoIP)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and maintain focus in a remote environment
A quiet, dedicated home workspace with reliable internet access
