Full time Chef

Salary $74,000 - $79,000 plus superannuation

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest quality control of product

• Menu development and creation of modern breakfast and lunch items

• Training, developing and mentoring staff

• Strong team player and good organizational skills

• Maintain inventory, budgeting, wage costing and roster scheduling

• Food preparation, safe handling, operation of equipment, food safety and sanitation

• Monitoring, ordering and managing stock

• Establish and maintain effective employee working relationships with other staff

Qualification and Experience

• At least two years of relevant experience

• Must have Certificate 4 in commercial cookery

• Good communicate skills

• Relevant experience within the food and beverage industry

• Menu development and creation of modern breakfast and lunch items

• Have RSA would be great

Languages - English and Mandarin highly regarded
