Job Description
Medium-sized downtown law firm looking for a full-time Legal Secretary to undertake a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. You will work under the supervision of an attorney and will also provide support in assigned legal cases.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to 1-2 lawyers
Maintain attorney calendars
File legal documents with Courts
Transcribe dictation voice files
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Legal Secretary required
Experience in litigation highly preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
Familiarity with Clio case management software
Strong organizational skills needed
Strong typing skills
