Job Overview:
The Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) is seeking a Pharmacist to be a part of its Pharmacy unit. As a member of the Medicaid Pharmacy team, your responsibilities will include:
Providing expert advice and assistance to pharmacists participating in the Ohio Medicaid Program, including development of prior authorization criteria
Assisting in the management of the Medicaid Pharmacy Program
Providing oversight of the Medicaid pharmacy benefit administrator and Single Pharmacy Benefit Manager
Advising the Drug Utilization Review and Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committees
Providing managed care pharmacy program oversight
Reviewing state and federal rules and regulations related to pharmacy

Licensed to practice pharmacy as issued by State Board of Pharmacy, pursuant to Section 4729.12 of Revised Code; 2 yrs. exp. as licensed pharmacist.
