Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
· Prepare weekly & monthly financial statements through posting of financial transactions.
· Maintain records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions; etc.
· Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations.
· Work with our third-party on tax filing and account review
· Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
· Participate in calculating breakeven reports for sales offices
· Raising and paying invoices
· Communicate effectively with senior management
Work Hours
This is a full-time position with paid time off.
Qualifications / Skills:
· Extensive knowledge of QuickBooks
· Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles
· Experience with creating financial statements
· Experience with general ledger, functions, and the month-end/year-end close process
· Excellent accounting and administration skills
· Accuracy and attention to detail
· Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
· Deadline-Oriented, Time Management, Planning and Organizing, Scheduling and Monitoring
· Confidentiality, Communication Skills, Initiative and Teamwork
· Demonstrates superior work ethic, high sense of urgency and commitment to high levels of quality and accuracy

· High level of customer service and patience when assisting clients and/or teammates
· Ability to not just read data but to understand data
· Small business experience is good
· A good sense of humor
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
· 5 years plus experience as a bookkeeper and/or accountant
· QuickBooks : Extensive QuickBooks knowledge
· MS Office, Excel : 5 year’s experience and be proficient in using pivot tables to manipulate data
