Sales Support Specialist Associate

Our client, a leader in the energy industry, is seeking a Sales Support Specialist Associate to join their team. As a Sales Support Specialist Associate, you will be part of the sales support team, providing essential assistance to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and strong organizational abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sales Support Specialist Associate

Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite after June 2, 2025)

Job Type: Contract with the potential to hire or extension

Pay Rate: $20.71 per hour

What's the Job?

Assist in the preparation and processing of sales orders, quotations, contracts, and other sales documentation.

Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring all customer interactions, orders, and follow-ups are logged.

Support sales representatives in partnership with other members of the sales support team.

Stay updated on product offerings, pricing, and promotions to assist the sales team and customers effectively.

Identify recommendations for process efficiency based on issues raised by the sales team.

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

0 to 2 years of applicable experience, preferably in the energy industry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with CRM systems.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel with the ability to write formulas & create pivot tables.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
