We pride ourselves on providing exceptional guest experiences and a serene, luxurious environment.

Key Responsibilities •Greet and assist guests courteously, addressing their questions and concerns professionally.

•Deliver accurate and prompt responses to all guest inquiries, ensuring complete satisfaction.

•Conduct spa consultations, offering personalized advice and promoting treatments, products, and facilities.

•Provide pre- and post-treatment guidance to clients during appointment bookings.

•Efficiently schedule appointments for members and guests, adhering to established standards.

•Ensure new clients complete consultation forms and maintain up-to-date records in the system.

•Maintain spa reception areas to impeccable cleanliness and organizational standards.

•Oversee the upkeep of equipment as part of the spa’s preventative maintenance schedule.

•Handle payment processing and issue receipts with precision and efficiency.

•Set an example of professionalism, personalized service, and a positive attitude for all staff.

•Assist in planning and supporting spa promotions and events.

•Regularly update and refresh retail and promotional displays.

•Open and close the spa according to Standard Operating Procedures.

•Utilize spa management software with proficiency.

•Actively promote spa services, treatments, packages, and retail products, as well as ongoing promotions.

•Maintain a clean, safe, and organize work environment.

•Work independently while remaining proactive and engaged in responsibilities.

•Foster a positive, team-oriented work atmosphere.

•Attend and participate in training sessions and staff meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.

•Support spa operations and other duties as requested by management.

Qualifications •Strong communication skills in English, Arabic is a plus •Minimum 2 years of experience in reception/front desk operation, ideally within a Spa, Salon, Gym or 5-star hotel.

•Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Opera, and telephone etiquette.

•Highly organized, responsible, and guest-oriented.

•Demonstrates a positive and productive approach to team collaboration.

•Ability to work independently and take initiative while supporting a cohesive team dynamic.
