Job Description

Joyful Care LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Spanish { Female} speaking PCA to join our healthcare team. The PCA will provide essential support to patients and give direct interactions with patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well being while performing various non medical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Assist patients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, meals prep, light house keep, Laundry.

Provide emotional support and companionship to patients to enhance the services in the comfort of their homes.

Monitor and report any changes in patients' physical and emotional conditions

Qualifications;

High School diploma or equivalent

Completion of a PCA, CNA or similar certification program {preferred but not required}

Compassionate, patient, and attentive to the needs of others
