What You'll Do:

Manage and execute high-volume data entry for parts ordering using Ariba, ensuring precision and efficiency.

Track and manage incoming shipments, maintaining meticulous records and keeping our databases up-to-date.

Work closely with a team of 8 skilled technicians, providing crucial support to a facility with over 1000 parts.

Contribute to process improvements and ensure smooth inventory management.

What You Bring to the Table:

Proven experience in high-volume data entry and database management.

Ability to navigate and learn various tools and databases quickly.

Strong Excel skills for data management and analysis.

Experience in inventory management and tracking.

Bonus Points:

Mechanical parts knowledge or experience.

Associate’s Degree in a related field.

Adaptability and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

High School Diploma (required).

US Citizenship (required).

Ability to work Monday – Friday, 1st shift.

Flexibility for potential overtime.
