Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Process Development Engineer to support new material and product introduction, process improvement initiatives, and data-driven decision-making. This role will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and successful execution of process experiments across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Process Support (60%)

Support the development and implementation of new materials and products to enhance solar module performance and manufacturability.

Modify and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to process controls.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing challenges.

Provide direct support for process improvement projects and experiments.

Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, including specifications, test reports, and process guidelines.

Data Analysis & Reporting (40%)

Create and compile routine 2-hour reports to track process performance metrics.

Analyze large-scale manufacturing data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

Utilize statistical and data visualization tools to communicate findings and support decision-making.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Data Analysis, or Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience with continuous improvement methodologies.

Strong knowledge of project management.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Experience with Lean or Six Sigma techniques.

Proficiency in supporting tools such as JMP, MS Excel, SQL, and Python (Optional).

Background in process improvement methodologies
