POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking personable, dependable, and outgoing individuals to fill part-time Brand Ambassador roles. These positions are key in executing marketing strategies to promote 80 Acres Farms products and to increase brand awareness in designated geographical areas. The Brand Ambassador collaborates closely with the marketing team to carry out localized marketing campaigns, sampling events, and promotions that resonate with our target audience. We create memorable connections with consumers that ultimately drive loyalty and repeat business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Conduct in-store product demos and promote the brand at community events
Represent the company professionally, embodying our brand values in interactions with customers, partners, and the community
Act as a credible product and brand expert by understanding what we do and how we do it
Work cooperatively with the field marketing team to ensure customer experience is engaging and positive
Maintain solid working relationships with retail associates and management to foster alignment of brand standards
Provide accurate reports that track performance of field marketing initiatives and provide insights and recommendations for optimization
Identify future field marketing opportunities that will drive continued visibility to our target customer
Attend (in person or virtually) required marketing meetings
DETAILS:
10-20 hours per week, primarily weekends and evenings
Mileage Reimbursement Program
In-store retail sampling/demos and outdoor community events. May be exposed to elements including, heat, cold, and rain
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in merchandising, retail, or promotional activities (preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience working in a team environment to achieve a goal
Displays strong interest in health and wellness
Willingness to work flexible hours
Access to a dependable vehicle
Clean motor vehicle background check
Willingness to drive on behalf of the company
Must have access to a smart phone for reporting event results
Ability to stand and remain mobile for extended periods of time
Ability to lift/carry a minimum of 30 lbs
