Construction Safety ManagerIntro:

Job Title: Construction Safety Manager

Location: New Albany, OH / Columbus, OH

Duration: 1-2 years (Start: Immediate Needs)

Type: 1099 ContractorCompensation:

Hourly Rate: $58-60/hr (overtime after 40), depending on experience and certifications (NO perdiem)

Completion Bonus: $150/month

Pay: WeeklySchedule:

Days: 6 days/week (Monday- Saturday)

Hours: 10-12hr shifts, 58-60hrs per weekProject Scope:

Oversee the safety management of electrical contractors on a data center project. Must be able to walk and be present in the field.Responsibilities:

Safety EnforcementQualifications:

Experience: 5+ years in construction safety management with data center and/or electrical safety experience

Certifications:

OSHA 510 (Required)

BCSP Cert (Preferred)

Bilingual (Preferred)Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

Conduct project safety inspections and employee orientations.

Provide safety training as needed.

Monitor worksite employees and enforce safety practices.

Review and manage safety-related documentation and contractor correspondence.

Perform additional EHS-related tasks as required.Skills & Knowledge:Skills:

Excellent public speaking and communication abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

OSHA outreach training experience

Professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive informationKnowledge:

Strong understanding of EHS and industry regulatory standards in construction
