With the expansion of our national footprint, we are seeking a Sales Recruiting Manager who will lead all aspects of recruitment for our Sales locations.The ideal person for this position has a dynamic personality and is passionate about sales and marketing.
Recruiting & Engagement
Oversee regional sales recruiting operations for multiple states with LQR Branches.
Serve as recruiting lead and point of contact for Branch leadership teams
Help with development, implementation, and management of sales recruiting initiatives and programs.
Facilitate daily/weekly/monthly webinars, i.e. virtual events and meetings
Team Management
Supervise team of Regional Sales Recruiters.
Provide ongoing support, training and development to sales recruiting team.
Oversee Recruiters schedules, daily/weekly/monthly goals, and field activities.
Data & Reporting
Manage all sales recruiting data - KPIs/goal targets/event outcomes
Track onboarding and retention data for Field Sales Rep.
Oversee and track Sales Recruiting job board postings and ad spend.
Requirements:
5 plus years in high volume recruiting, staffing, and/or sales marketing/management
3 plus years leading teams locally and/or regionally
Proven track record of filling 50+ openings in data and metric driven environments
Experience in commission driven environments highly desirable
Compensation and Benefits:
$75k - $85K + Incentives
