The Finance and Operations Intern is focused on many aspects of the company's operation, including finance and the overall work environment, all in support of the company achieving its business objectives.

A Finance and Operations internship offers hands-on experience in finance, budgeting, and operational processes within a dynamic business environment. Interns will assist in accounts receivable, accounts payable, report preparation, and process optimization while gaining exposure to cross-functional collaboration and strategic decision-making.

Candidates should have a relevant degree completed no later than May 2025. This position may have the opportunity to become a full-time position.

Roles and Responsibilities

Finance

Bookkeeping/general accounting needs and activities (e.g. receivables, payables, payroll, etc.)

Customer invoicing, domestic and international

Office

Ensure the office is operating smoothly

Support all teams as necessary, including but not limited to coordinating group meetings, performing research, creating reports, etc.

General

Develop and implement process improvements to improve overall company efficiency

Work on projects as assigned
