Job Title: Dispatcher

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher in the Staten Island area to join our team. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Receive orders and plan delivery routes

Coordinate with drivers and provide necessary instructions

Track delivery progress and update customers on status

Handle any delivery-related issues or delays

Maintain communication with drivers and team members

Requirements:

Prior experience in a logistics or transportation role

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficient in using dispatch software and GPS systems

Pay: 95K+
