Compensation:

Average Weekly Pay: $1,500-$1,600

$1,350 per week guaranteed

$33.75per hour, 40+ hours per week, OT paid after 40 hours

Per Diem Pay: $35.00 per night

Overnights for route in Ryder booked hotel or sleeper

Personal Mile Reimbursement $0.67

Home Time, Route & Schedule:

Home weekends

Start times vary, must be flexible

Monday-Friday

Route: midwest

Mix of Touch/No touch Freight

Manual Pallet Jack, Rollers, Lift Gate and Moffett

Equipment:

Trucks are 36 months or newer

Day cab or sleeper

Can not accept auto restriction

24/7 Roadside Maintenance and Company Drivers fuel up the trucks at over 800 Maintenance Facilities Nationwide

Qualifications

Must have a valid CDL A License

Minimum 21 years of age

Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle

9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR

2 years experience within the last 5 years, OR

5 years experience within the last 10 years

Can not accept auto restriction

Pass a Ryder Drug Test

Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years

Pass a DOT physical

Pass a Ryder road test

Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures

Must live within 30 miles of Kansas City, MO
